The only down side to this is that in most cases the Inspector has a qualification to carry out the Pest Inspections and write the report, but does not have a lot of experience in the pest management.
Therefore, we have partnered with a local QLD Pest Management company to handle all our Pest Inspections. All Purpose Pest Control Inspectors are highly experienced, and fully qualified in all facets of Pest Control and Treatment. We can arrange for a Pest Inspection to be carried out at the same or similar time as the Building Inspection.
This will give you reassurance and peace of mind that the Inspections has been done by the most suitably qualified and experienced person. All Purpose Pest Control will be able to give you a full report and treatment options * (extra cost) for your property.
